Eligible Families For 3 Marla Plot
The Punjab government has set some criteria for registering in the Apni Chat Apna Ghar scheme. If you meet the conditions specified by the Punjab government, then you can be eligible for this program. The eligibility criteria set by the Punjab government are as follows:
- You should be the head of the household
- The applicant should be a resident of Punjab
- The applicant should have a National Identity Card registered with NADRA
- If you belong to an urban area, then you should have a plot of 5 marla
- If you belong to a rural area, then you must have a vacant plot of 10 marla
- There is no condition for being a government employee to participate in this program. This means that even low-level government employees can participate in this program.

You can benefit from many measures by participating in the Apni Chat Apna Ghar program. After registering for this program, you will be provided with an interest-free loan of up to Rs 1.5 million. Which will be collected from you in installments after a grace period of three months. The cost of the installment specified by the Punjab government is 14000. Which is started after three months of giving the loan.

ACAG Loan Distribution Latest Update
The new update presented by the Punjab government in the Apni Chat Apna Ghar scheme has been revealed, in which it has been stated that the installment payment of 927 applicants has been completed. In addition, the construction of houses for more than 800 families has reached the final stages, which means that more than 800 families have been provided with housing facilities.
The applications of 50 thousand families have been forwarded to Akhuwat, out of which 38 thousand families have been qualified for this program.
