Aaghosh Program New Qist Released

The Punjab Social Protection Authority launched the Aaghosh Program for pregnant and lactating women in all districts of Punjab. Registration centers for these women are set up in each district, and registration is carried out at the tehsil-level headquarters hospital after a medical examination. Payments are made post-examined to ensure deserving women receive financial aid without hassle.

The Government of Pakistan, in collaboration with the Punjab Social Protection Authority, has initiated the BISP Aaghosh Program. This program operates in eleven districts across Punjab, including Bhakkar, Dera Ghazi Khan, Muzaffargarh, Rahim Yar Khan, Mianwali, Khushab, Leh, Rajanpur, and Lodhran. It focuses on pregnant women and mothers of children under two years old, ensuring they receive proper health care access.

New Registration Method for Pregnant Women

Pregnant women and mothers of young children can register for the Aghosh Program at any health center in the specified districts. They only need a valid National Identity Card (NIC). After registration and confirmation, participants can activate their payments through biometric verification at any HBL Konnect branch.

Pregnant or nursing women can join the Aghosh Program at any time. To register, bring your valid digital NIC to the nearest DHQ, THQ, or health clinic, along with any required documents.
